Android Pie is a no-show in latest distribution numbers; Oreo reaches new high

Android 9 Pie was still not present on the September 2018 Android distribution numbers. However, 2017's Android Oreo has reached a new high and is now nearing 20%. Also, Android Nougat has begun to decline after a long period of stagnancy.
